What an expo floor looks like to an ADAS
The 360° view shown here came from the four cameras mounted around the edge of the clear-plastic platform, bottom. This resembles how an advanced driver assistance system might perceive its surroundings if it was mounted on one of the exhibit tables. The view is generated by a TES 3D surround view package running on an NXP S32V234 vision processor. The TES software stitches together camera views to produce a 3D scene so the driver can watch his or her maneuvering from any position inside or outside the vehicle. The NXP vision processor is designed specifically for vehicular ISO 26262 ASIL B apps.
