25 V, 80 V MOSFET packaged for two-sided cooling

The AONC40202 25 V and AONC68816 80 V MOSFETs from Alpha and Omega Semiconductor (AOS) are designed for intermediate bus converter DC-DC applications in AI servers and data centers, using DFN 3.3 × 3.3 mm double-sided cooling source-down packaging. The devices feature a top-clip design with thermal resistance of 0.9°C/W, support continuous current up to 405 A, and operate at junction temperatures up to 175°C. The package design improves heat dissipation and PCB routing while enabling higher power density and simplified gate driver connections.
