4500 W industrial power supplies support series and parallel operation

January 9, 2026 By Puja Mitra Leave a Comment

The TPS4500 series from TDK Corporation is a single- or dual-output industrial power supply rated at 4.5 kW, supporting series or parallel operation and load sharing across configurable outputs up to 92 V/49 A or 184 V/24.5 A. Designed for 360–528 Vac three-phase Delta or Wye inputs, the units integrate PMBus™ monitoring and control, isolated system-status signals and a standby supply, targeting applications such as test and measurement equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, additive manufacturing, lasers and RF power amplifiers. The compact 2U-ready enclosure operates across wide temperature ranges and meets IEC 62368-1 safety, EMC, SEMI F47 and MIL-STD-810H shock and vibration requirements for industrial environments.
