Bel Fuse has expanded its Titanium Efficiency CRPS portfolio with the introduction of the TEC2700 and TEC3200 front-end AC-DC power supplies, rated at 2.7 kW and 3.2 kW, respectively. Both models are designed for compute, storage, networking, and datacenter systems that require high output capability in a compact Intel CRPS form factor.
The new supplies provide a 12 VDC main output with Titanium 80 PLUS efficiency certification, reducing thermal load and energy consumption while supporting the increased power needs of dense 1U to 3U platforms. The compact 185 × 73.5 × 40 mm design allows seamless integration into existing rack environments.
Reliability features include N+1 and cold redundancy, along with internal ORing to maintain continuous operation in mission-critical deployments. Serviceability is supported by an integrated Black Box Recorder and Bootloader, enabling remote diagnostics and firmware updates. The units also offer airflow flexibility with both normal and reverse options, along with clockwise or counterclockwise fan orientation to accommodate varied rack layouts.
The TEC2700 and TEC3200 accept a wide input range from 90–264 VAC or HVDC up to 320 VDC, with active power factor correction. Protection mechanisms include safeguards against overvoltage, overcurrent, overtemperature, short circuit, and input surges, ensuring stable operation under demanding conditions.
Both models meet UL/CSA 62368-1 and EN/IEC 62368-1 safety standards and hold additional certifications for international deployment, including KCC, KC, BSMI, and CQC. These approvals support their use across global datacenters, enterprise networking, and AI/ML server installations.
