Multi-output ac/dc converters cover 5 to 20-W range

September 4, 2018 By Lee Teschler Leave a Comment

The MORNSUN LHE series ac/dc converters cover the 5-20-W range. The LHE new series includes dual output LHExx-20Axx series, triple output LHExx-20Cxx series and isolated dual output LHExx-20Dxx series.

The converters are economical thanks to material normalization, production automation, higherMornsun LHE  product consistency and reliability. They also feature an operating temperature expanded to -40 to 70℃ with less derating at high temperature and low temperature. And their isolation voltage
is 4,000 Vac. These converters have an MTBF over 300,000 hours and provide protection against output short circuit (OSC), output over-current (OCP), and output over-voltage (OVP). These measures not only significantly reduce the failure rate of the converter itself but also enhance the safety performance of back-end power modules in abnormal working conditions.

Applications for the converters include powering LEDs, street lighting control, grid power, instrumentation, industrial control, communication and civil applications.

Other features include an input of 85 – 264 Vac/100 – 370 Vdc, a regulated output, low ripple and noise, a plastic case that meets UL94V-0, and EMI performance that meets CISPR32/EN55032 CLASS B.
