New website features comprehensive ability to search over 6,000 standard catalog part numbers

Pico Electronics, a leading manufacturer of ultra-miniature and miniature Transformers, Inductors, DC-DC Converters, and AC-DC Power Supplies, announced today the launch of its updated website, www.picoelectronics.com. The new user-friendly “self-serve” website offers design engineers immediate access to Pico’s extensive product line through a powerful new search tool.

“We worked for two years to create a product locater like no other,” said, Joseph M. Sweeney, Executive Vice President. “The ability to search over 6,000 standard catalog part numbers and to refine the search results to meet your exact specifications is a quantum leap ahead for our industry that will save design engineers countless hours,” he added. No longer will design engineers need to click or scroll through hundreds of items to find the right part. They simply enter in their requirements, use the refine search features, and the “live” search narrows down thousands of choices to just a few in seconds. Should a designer have trouble finding their exact specifications, they will automatically be directed to an engineering application request box to connect them to a sales rep for additional help. To further enhance the process, downloadable PDF specification sheets are available by clicking each part number. Soon to come, downloadable drawings.

In addition to the new search function, the site has gone from just static pages to include an animated version with cleaner, fresher graphics and images, and has been updated for all devices, including mobile.
