The AHV85003/AHV85043 Power-Thru™ isolated gate driver chipset from Allegro MicroSystems expands the company’s silicon carbide gate driver portfolio for high-voltage power conversion in AI data centers, electric vehicles, and clean energy systems. The self-powered design integrates signal and power across a single isolation barrier, eliminating external isolated bias supplies, reducing common-mode capacitance by up to 15×, and improving EMI performance by up to 20 dB. Selectable gate-to-source voltages and support for external or integrated transformers enable flexible SiC FET sourcing and optimized power-density designs.
