The 800 V–6 V DC-DC power delivery board from Navitas Semiconductor is a GaNFast™-based power conversion platform designed for AI data center and compute server power architectures. The board enables direct conversion from 800 V to 6 V in a single stage, eliminating the 48 V intermediate bus converter, and is designed to reach 96.5% peak efficiency at full load with 1 MHz switching frequency and a power density of 2,100 W/in³. Built with 16 × 650 V GaNFast™ FETs in DFN8×8 dual-cooled packages on the primary side and 25 V silicon MOSFETs on center-tapped outputs, the board is intended for NVIDIA AI infrastructure and other high-density computing systems that require reduced conversion losses, lower board-space usage and closer integration with GPU boards.
