Solid-state relay switches up to 900 mA

March 5, 2026 By Puja Mitra Leave a Comment

The CPC1343G OptoMOS® solid-state relay from Littelfuse is a normally open (1-Form-A) relay designed for high-reliability switching in industrial, medical and instrumentation systems. The device supports 900 mA continuous load current, 60 V blocking voltage and reinforced 5,000 VRMS input-to-output isolation, with fast switching times of 4 ms turn-on and 1 ms turn-off and a 3 mA maximum LED drive current compatible with TTL and CMOS logic. Available in through-hole DIP-4 and surface-mount packages, the relay operates across an ambient temperature range of –40 °C to +105 °C and offers up to 0.8 Ω on-resistance, supporting applications such as industrial automation, test equipment, instrumentation and medical devices requiring high isolation and compact PCB layouts.
