Step-Up Converter 12V Input 12, 28, or 48V Output

Power Sources Unlimited announces the F351 Series of a step-up, full-brick DC-DC converter that delivers up to 350W from a nominal 12V (11V to 18V) input. These converters are ideally suited for battery back-up, transportation, industrial controls and automotive applications.

Designed for 12VDC input applications the F351 family offers single isolated outputs of 12VDC and step-up conversion to 12, 24, 28, or 48VDC. The modules feature a comprehensive list of in-built protection over-voltage, under-voltage and short circuit protection and thermal monitoring for remote system monitoring and control. Other features include low input and output ripple currents, input transient protection, single point connection for parallel operation for true N+1 redundancy, active load sharing, external sync, hot plug capability, remote sense and shutdown, thermal protection and current limit. Dimensions are industry standard full-brick 4.6 x 2.40 x 0.5 in. (116.8 x 61 x 12.7mm) footprint. Operating temperature range –20°C to +100°C.

Units are RoHS compliant and CE marked. The F351 family is accompanied by an international safety approval package for worldwide markets and EMI meets EN 55011, conducted and radiated level B. Pricing starts at $275.00 each in small quantities. Contact PSUI for OEM quantity pricing. Prototypes are available in 2–4 weeks. Available accessories include ZTAF terminal adapter for chassis mount configuration, heat-sink and thermal pad kit.
