Ultra-Small 2, 3-W Isolated/regulated DC-DC converters

minmaxMINMAX is proud to announce the release of their new MFW02 & MFW03 Series of 2 Watt & 3 Watt Isolated / Regulated wide input range DC-DC Converters setting a new standard for power density.

The MINMAX MFW02 & MFW03 series are the latest generation of high performance dc-dc converters delivering 2W & 3W of output power in an encapsulated package with dimensions of just 0.55 x 0.55 x 0.31”. Each family offers 28 models with 4.5-10 / 9-18 / 18-36 / 36-75 VDC Input ranges and single / dual output models ranging 3.3~15VDC. Their high efficiency up to 87% enables an ambient operating temperature range of -40°C to +80°C (derate linearly to 50% power from 70-80°C).

Features include 1500VDC Isolation and under-voltage lockout with overload / short-circuit protection. All models have been qualified per the CB scheme with safety approvals to UL/cUL/IEC/EN60950-1 standards making these converters ideal for use in any application where space is critical. All MINMAX products are Reach Compliant, RoHS Compliant and Conflict Mineral free backed by a 3 Year Warranty.
