New encapsulated DC to DC converters

Untitled-3AutomationDirect’s Rhino line of power products now includes encapsulated DC to DC converters as well as additional plastic slim line models. With tightly regulated output voltages, Rhino DC to DC converters provide a reliable power source for sensitive loads in industrial process controls, factory automation and other industrial environments.

The Rhino PSE Series of DC to DC converters offers a compact, steady power source for equipment exposed to harsh conditions. Ultra-wide input voltage ranges of 9.5 to 36 VDC and 18 to 75 VDC allow these models to operate from all popular DC supply voltage systems while supplying output voltages in the 5.1 to 48 VDC range. Remote on/off control, input polarity protection, and overload protection make them extremely rugged and versatile; and they offer easy installation with chassis or DIN rail mounting options.

The PSP Series of plastic slim-line case converters are now available in both 25W and 60W models. This series features wide input ranges of 9.5 to 18 VDC and 18 to 75 VDC, as well as output voltages of 5, 12 or 24 VDC. These converters can be used to isolate a specific load from the 24 volt bus voltage, and offer easy installation with snap-on DIN rail mounting and detachable screw terminal block.
