MINMAX MINMAX is proud to announce the release of their new MKWI50 Series of 50 Watt Ultra-Wide 4-to-1 Input Range DC-DC Converters, achieving the highest power density available in the industry.

The MINMAX MKWI50 series are the latest generation of high performance dc-dc converters setting a new standard for power density delivering 50W in an encapsulated, shielded metal package with dimensions of just 2.0 x 1.0 x 0.4”. The MKWI50 series consists of 12 models offering 9-36 or 18-75 VDC Input Ranges and single regulated outputs ranging 3.3-24VDC.

Their high efficiency operation ranging 90-92% enables an ambient operating temperature range of -40°C to +80°C (more with the optional heatsink). Features include 1500VDC Isolation, remote On/Off, Output trim, under-voltage shutdown as well as overload, short-circuit, overvoltage and over-temperature protection.

All models have been qualified per the CB scheme with safety approvals to UL/cUL/IEC/EN60950-1 standards making these converters ideal for use in battery operated equipment, instrumentation and distributed power architectures in communication / industrial applications where space is critical. All MINMAX products are Reach Compliant, RoHS Compliant and conflict Mineral free backed by a 3 Year Warranty.
