Renesas expands GaN portfolio to cover 1 V to 650 V+ range with EPC technology license

Efficient Power Conversion (EPC) has entered a licensing agreement with Renesas Electronics for EPC’s low-voltage enhancement-mode gallium nitride (eGaN) technology.
